Ive been trying to eat better and workout at least 4 times a week, but ive tried like every ephedra free pill there is out there, and i cant loose these 20 extra lbs! I was able to loose 20 lbs like 2 years ago , but i took ephedra based products, and now im too scared to, so, nothing has been working! I hope this does. Has anyone else been like me??
