I have been taking Zantrex-3 for 1 week and I have lost at least 8 lbs. (I don't own a scale, but I fit into my next-size-smaller jeans). You can buy them at GNC and it's $50.00 for a 21-day supply (taking 4 a day). I started out slow, taking one before breakfast and one before lunch. You must eat a meal after taking these, or you will feel sick to your stomach. Believe me, I learned the hard way! The first few days I was hungry, but when I started eating, I just lost my appetite. Now, I'm just not hungry anymore, even without the pills. I took prescription diet pills for years, and this is the only thing I've found that even comes close to having the same effect. These do not contain Ephedrine, but they do have a good amount of caffeine. I hate to exercise, but these give me the boost I need to get moving. I've been using the treadmill for 45 mins. almost every day, so I'm sure that also helped with my weight loss.

I rarely post on this board but I sometimes visit and read what other people are going through. I have lost and gained weight many times in my life (more gained than lost) and right now I'm at my peak. Even though I'm not obese, I feel very heavy and don't know how to begin losing weight. I've tried Phentermine a couple of years ago and, with a good diet and exercise program, it did help me.
I've been hearing a lot about Zantrax but am not sure what it's based on, how it's supposed to work and, most importantly, where/how it can be obtained? What is the cost? I live in Canada and am very interested in this. Please, let me know! Thanks a lot!
